Born on September 5, 1964 at Allahabad (U.P) to a prominent lawyer late T.N. Sinha (father) and Mrs. Kusum Sinha (mother). His Lordship's father, Shri T. N. Sinha was to take oath as a Judge of the Allahabad High Court on 16.08.1990, but he left for his heavenly abode after a brief illness on 11.08.1990.
Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ramesh Sinha did his initial schooling at St. Joseph School, Allahabad (U.P.), Bachelor's Degree in Arts in the year 1985 and LL.B in the year 1990 from Allahabad University (U.P.). Enrolled as Advocate on 8th September, 1990. Practiced in High Court of Judicature at Allahabad. During his legal career, he dealt with various branches of law, especially Constitutional, Civil and Criminal matters. Represented various private and public undertaking Companies as a Counsel.
Elevated as Additional Judge of High Court of Judicature at Allahabad on November 21, 2011. Took oath as Permanent Judge on August 6, 2013.
Thereafter, joined at Lucknow from Allahabad as a Judge on 18.01.2021 and was Senior Judge of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow from 20.10.2021 till appointment as Chief Justice of High Court of Chhattisgarh. Decided approximately 1,34,200 cases as a Judge of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.
Took oath as Chief Justice of High Court of Chhattisgarh on March 29, 2023.
Born in the family of Mr. Virendra and Mrs. Chameli Agrawal at Ratanpur (Bilaspur) on July 15, 1965. Did schooling at Ratanpur. Became Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws from Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur and Master of Laws from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur.
Enrolled as an Advocate on January 3, 1989. Practiced in District and Sessions Court at Bilaspur, High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur and High Court of Chhattisgarh at Bilaspur and dealt with various branches of law, especially Civil and Constitution. Was associated with Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur (Chhattisgarh) as Ex-Officio Member of its Executive Council, Indian Law Reports Committee (Chhattisgarh Series) as Member and Chhattisgarh Law Judgments (Chhattisgarh) as Member of its Editorial Board. Had been mediator under the Chhattisgarh C.P.C. Alternative Disputes Resolution and Mediation Rules, 2006. Served as Deputy Advocate General for the State of Chhattisgarh from March 1, 2002 to February 29, 2004 and thereafter as Advocate General for the State of Chhattisgarh from June 25, 2012 till elevation.
Elevated as an Additional Judge of High Court of Chhattisgarh on September 16, 2013. Took oath as Permanent Judge on 08 March 2016.
Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Agrawal was born on 21.08.1964 at Bilaspur. His Lordship's father late Shri Shyam Bihari Agrawal was a retired Professor in Zoology Department whereas mother was a housewife. His Lordship's Grandfather was a great prominent and renowned Civil Lawyer. His Lordship's uncle Shri Ravish Chandra Agrawal, Senior Advocate, was an Advocate General for the State of Chhattisgarh and now Advocate General for the State of Madhya Pradesh.
Did schooling and graduation in B.Sc. (Mathematics) at Bilaspur and thereafter pursued LL.B. from Kaushalendra Rao Law College, Bilaspur. Employed as Upper Division Teacher from 1986 to 1989. Thereafter, enrolled as an Advocate on 07.09.1989 and started career as such under the guidance of Shri Ravish Chandra Agrawal. Practised law in District Court at Bilaspur from 1989 to January, 1997, High Court of Madhya Pradesh from 1997 till 2000 and before the High court of Chhattisgarh from 2000 till elevation. Dealt with Civil, Criminal and Constitutional, especially specialised in Civil. While practicing law before the High Court, His Lordship was appointed as Government Advocate and continued as such till 2007.
Elevated as Judge of High Court of Chhattisgarh on 29.09.2016. Took oath as Permanent Judge on 08 January 2018.
Hon'ble Shri Justice Parth Prateem Sahu was born in the family of Shri SR Sahu and Smt Savitri Devi Sahu at G.Jamgaon, District Dhamtari on 19th April, 1971.
Did schooling at Jabalpur and took B.Com & LLB degree from Rani Durgavati University, Jabalpur.
Enrolled as an Advocate on 12th March, 1996 and started career as such under the guidance of Dr. Nirmal Kumar Shukla, Senior Advocate.
Practiced in District and Sessions Court at Jabalpur, High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur and High Court of Chhattisgarh at Bilaspur and dealt with various branches of law, especially Civil Criminal, Service, Labour, Motor Accident Claims, Writ, Constitution, Arbitration and also dealt with many matrimonial cases.
His Lordship elevated as Additional Judge of Chhattisgarh High Court on 18th June, 2018. Took oath as Permanent Judge on 11 May 2020.
Born on 30th June 1964 at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. Her father was also a District Judge, retired from High Court of Madhya Pradesh. She has completed graduation from Government Degree College, Mandla (Dr. Hari Singh Gour University, Sagar) and obtained L.LB degree from Rani Durgavati University Jabalpur. She was enrolled as an Advocate on 3rd July, 1987 at Madhya Pradesh State Bar Council and practiced in District Bar as well as in the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur till may, 1990 before getting selected as Civil Judge. She has served in subordinate Judiciary under various designations at different places of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, also served as Judicial Magistrate First Class, Principal Magistrate of Juvenile Justice Board and Additional District and Sessions Judge in Sagar, Jabalpur, Bilaspur. She has been appointed as a Special Judge, CBI in Raipur and Judge, Family Court, Rajnandgaon. She also gave her services as a District & Sessions Judge, Baloda-Bazar and Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur.
Her Lordship has been elevated as a Judge of High Court of Chhattisgarh on 18th June, 2018. Took oath as Permanent Judge on 11 May 2020.

His Lordship elevated as an Additional Judge of Chhattisgarh High Court on 22-3-2021.Took oath as Permanent Judge on 15 December 2022.
Hon\’ble Shri Justice Naresh Kumar Chandravanshi was born on 6th November, 1965 at Village Udtala, District Durg (C.G.). Did his B.A. and L.L.B. Degree from Dr. Hari Singh Gour University, Sagar (M.P. ). Joined as Civil Judge Class-II at Civil Court Bilaspur on 11th July, 1990. Thereafter, served in subordinate Judiciary under various designations at different places of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, also served as Additional Registrar (D.E.), High Court of Chhattisgarh and thereafter as District and Sessions judge, Surguja at Ambikapur. Served as legal adviser to His Excellency Governor of Chhattisgarh and thereafter as Principal Secretary, Law and Legislative Affairs Department Government of Chhattisgarh before elevation.
Elevated and took oath as an Additional Judge of the High Court of Chhattisgarh on 22nd March, 2021.Took oath as Permanent Judge on 15 December 2022.

Was the First District and Sessions Judge in Balod District. Had also worked as Additional Director, Chhattisgarh State Judicial Academy. Also worked as Registrar General of the High Court till His Lordship’s elevation as Judge of the High Court on 8th October, 2021.Took oath as Permanent Judge on 31 July 2023.
Born on 27-01-1972 at Indore in the family of Shri J.K.S. Rajput (Retired Registrar Vigilance, Chhattisgarh High Court) and Smt. Aruna Rajput.
Passed class 12 examination from Kalibadi Higher Secondary School, Raipur in the year 1989. Completed his B.Sc. from Science College, Raipur in the year 1992 and L.L.B. from Kusum Tai Dabke Law College, Raipur in the year 1995 under Pandit Ravishankar University, Raipur.
Enrolled as an Advocate on 16-02-1996 and started practice at District & Sessions Court, Raipur under the guidance of his senior late Thakur Vijay Singh, Advocate till 2000. After formation of Chhattisgarh High Court, he shifted his practice to Bilaspur in the year 2001 and joined the office of Shri Goutam Bhaduri, the then Advocate and presently a Judge of Chhattisgarh High Court. His Lordship was elevated as an Additional Judge of Chhattisgarh High Court on 16th May 2022.

Born on 1st of September 1964 in Rajnandgaon (Chhattisgarh). His father Late Shri Satyanarayan Agrawal was a Businessman and engaged in farming and mother Late Smt. Kamla Devi Agrawal was a home-maker.
He completed his Graduation in B.Com and did Post-Graduation in M.A (Public Administration) from Government Digvijay College, Rajnandgaon. He obtained Law Degree in 1985 from Law College, Rajnandgaon.
Enrolled as an Advocate in January, 1986 at Madhya Pradesh State Bar Council and started practicing in District & Sessions Court at Rajanandgaon. While rendering his services at Korba, he received a Best District Legal Service Award of Excellence of East Zone in the year 2014 in All Over India by the then Hon'ble Chief Justice of India at New Delhi. While serving as a District & Sessions Judge Durg, under his leadership, Durg district got highest remarkable disposal of 5 years and 10 years old pending cases as per the action plan of High Court of Chhattisgarh. While serving as Principal Judge of Family Court, Raipur, remarkable number of cases were settled amicably by him.
While serving as District & Sessions Judge at Bilaspur, His Lordship has been elevated as an Additional Judge of High Court of Chhattisgarh on 2nd August 2022.
Shri Sanjay Kumar Jaiswal was born on 19/06/1965 in village pendra of Bilaspur District which now comes in District Gourella-pendra-marwahi. His Schooling Took place in pendra. In 1982 he passed Matric Exam. After that he completed B.Com in 1985 and L.L.B in 1988 From Dr Hari Singh Gaur University, Madhya Pradesh. He practised as an Advocate in Civil Court, Pendra Road and District Court, Bilaspur.
On being appointed as Civil Judge Class-2 joined the services in District Court,Bilaspur on 24/05/1994. After that he was posted at various places and subsequently joined as District Judge Balod in 2015. After that he was transferred to Raigarh. He was appointed as Registrar ( Inspection & Inquiry), High Court of Chhattisgarh in November 2018. In January 2021 he was given the additional charge of Registrar (Vigilance). On 7 October 2021 he took over as Registrar General, High Court of Chhattisgarh. On 01/05/23 he took oath as Additional Judge of the High Court of Chhattisgarh.

Born on 7th July 1974 in Bolangir District of Odisha. Did his schooling from Bolangir itself. Took his B.com degree from Rajendra College, Bolangir and subsequently completed his L.LB. course from Bolangir Law College, Sambalpur University.
Enrolled as an Advocate on 30th January 2000 and started his practice at the Madhya Pradesh High Court. Shifted to Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh on 1st November 2000 i.e. the date of formation of new State which also marked the first day of Chhattisgarh High Court.
In the course of his practice, he has dealt with various branches of law and represented numerous State and Central Institutions. Hon'ble Shri Justice Amitendra Kishore Prasad was born in the family of Late Shri Shyam Narayan Prasad (Retired Principal and Professor) and Late Smt. Motimala Prasad on 14th May 1969. His Grandfather Late Shri Mathura Prasad was an eminent Lawyer who practiced from 1917 to 1960.
Did his graduation in B.Sc. (Botany Hons.) from Ranchi University, Ranchi, Jharkhand in the year 1991 and took LLB degree from Sambalpur University, Sambalpur, Odisha in the year 1999.
Enrolled as an Advocate on 26th July, 2000 by the State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh and later, got registered in State Bar Council of Chhattisgarh.
Practiced in the High Court of Chhattisgarh at Bilaspur under the able guidance of Shri Sunil Kumar Sinha who later on elevated as Judge of this Court and retired as Chief Justice of Sikkim High Court. His Lordship elevated as Additional Judge of Chhattisgarh High Court on 13th August, 2024.
The Chhattisgarh High Court was established on 1st of November 2000 as a separate High Court for newly created State of Chhattisgarh under the Madhya Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2000 having its jurisdiction over the territories of the state of Chhattisgarh.
