Hon'ble High Court Judge
Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sachin Singh Rajput :-
Born on 27-01-1972 at Indore in the family of Shri J.K.S. Rajput (Retired Registrar Vigilance, Chhattisgarh High Court) and Smt. Aruna Rajput.
Passed class 12 examination from Kalibadi Higher Secondary School, Raipur in the year 1989. Completed his B.Sc. from Science College, Raipur in the year 1992 and L.L.B. from Kusum Tai Dabke Law College, Raipur in the year 1995 under Pandit Ravishankar University, Raipur.
Enrolled as an Advocate on 16-02-1996 and started practice at District & Sessions Court, Raipur under the guidance of his senior late Thakur Vijay Singh, Advocate till 2000. After formation of Chhattisgarh High Court, he shifted his practice to Bilaspur in the year 2001 and joined the office of Shri Goutam Bhaduri, the then Advocate and presently a Judge of Chhattisgarh High Court. Thereafter continue to practice in Chhattisgarh High Court and other judicial forums like State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Central Administrative Tribunal etc. Practiced in various branches of law like constitutional law, civil law, criminal law, banking, Insurance, labour law and service law etc.
His lordship was appointed as Deputy Government Advocate in December 2005. He also worked as Central Government Standing Counsel. His lordship appeared as counsel for State of M.P., University Grants Commission, All India Council for Technical Education, State Bank of India, Punjab Nation Bank, Bharti Airtel Limited, Bharti Infratel Ltd., Vodafone Essar Spacetel Ltd., Reliance Infratel Ltd., Reliance Telecom Ltd., Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd., Shriram General Insurance Company Ltd., Reliance General Insurance Company Ltd., HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Ltd., Cholamandlam MS General Insurance Company Ltd., Future Generali General Insurance Company Ltd. etc.
His Lordship was elevated as an Additional Judge of Chhattisgarh High Court on 16th May 2022.
