NOTICE

NATIONAL LOK ADALAT IN THE HON'BLE HIGH COURT

A "National Lok Adalat" is proposed to be held in the High Court premises on 12th April, 2014 (Saturday) under the aegis of National Legal Services Authority, New Delhi, in association with the Chhattisgarh State Legal Services Authority and High Court Legal Services Committee.

The following matters will be taken up for disposal, by the aforesaid National Lok Adalat:-

(I) W.P.(S) matters,

(matters related to Salary, Post Retrial Benefits i.e. Pension, Gratuity etc.)

(II) W.P.(L) matters,

(matters related to labour dispute)

(III) M.A. matters,

(matters related to Motor Vehicles Accidental Claim cases & matters related to Workmen's Compensation Act)

(IV) All Civil First Appeals and Second Appeals,

(V) All Criminal Appeals and Revisions related to Compoundable offence

under Criminal Law.

(VI) Matters related to Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous

Provisions Act, 1952.

(VII) Any other matter which may be settled in the aforesaid Lok Adalat.

The learned lawyers, desiring to get their matters settled through the aforesaid Lok Adalat, may submit their mention slips to the In-charge Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee (Mobile No. 94252-20884), on all working days, in his chamber, between 10:30 A.M. to 05.00 P.M, latest by 20th March, 2013..
