The order no. 209/2013/11-15-7/2004, dated 1^st April 2013, is amended to the extent that in the name of the Committee at serial no.13, the word "transfer," is inserted between the words "promotion, regularization". Henceforth, the name of the Committee at Serial No.13 stands as under: -

"Committee for recruitment (including Court Managers), promotion, transfer, regularization, disciplinary enquiry, screening, and consideration of the representations of employees of High Court Establishment and Subordinate Courts"
