The matter of repatriation of services of Shri Mahendra Rathore, Member of Higher Judicial Service and presently posted on deputation as President, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Durg to the parent Department and his posting as IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Durg was approved by the Full Court by circulation on 28-02-2013 and accordingly an order bearing no. 156/Confdl./2013/II-2-1/2013, dated 28-02-2013 was issued to the above effect.
