In continuation with the notification No. 2870/AR(J)/2013. Bilaspur. dated 18^th \A0April. 2013 revised notification in regard to listing of the cases during summer vacation is being issued as under:

1. All the fresh cases and pending motion hearing cases in which vacation hearing applications are filed on or before 29/05/2013 (upto 1:30 pm) shall be listed on 30/05/2013. and list shall be published on 29/0512013. similarly fresh cases and pending motion hearing cases in which vacation hearing applications are filed after 29/0512013 and on or before . 04/06/2013 (upto 1:30 pm) shall be listed on 05/06/2013.

2. All the final hearing cases in which vacation hearing applications are filed upto 25/05/2013 shall be listed on 30/05/2013. and final hearing cause list shall be published on 27/05/2013, similarly all the final hearing cases in which vacation hearing applications are filed after 25/05/2013 and on or before 04/06/2013 (upto 1:30 pm) shall be listed on 05/06/2018, and final hearing cause list shall be published on 04/06/2013.

3. All the not reached cases of a vacation sitting shall be listed on the subsequent vacation sitting in a seperate list.
