NOTIFICATION

No. 2859/A.R.(J).I2013,                               Bilaspur, date 18/04/2013

As directed, following changes are made in the current roster dated 01/04/2013, which will remain applicable from 22/04/2013, until further orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice:-

1]    All Miscellaneous Appeals, Company Matters, All Contempt Petitions, and Specially ordered & tied-up matters shall be listed for hearing before the Single Bench-III of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Nawal Kishore Agarwal.

2]      All Criminal Revisions, All Petitions under -Section 438 of Criminal Procedure Code and Specially ordered & tied-up matters shall be listed for hearing before Single Bench-VI of Hon'ble Mr. Justice G. Minhajuddin.

3]        Roster of other Benches shall be remain unchanged.
