In exercise of powers conferred by sub rule (2) of rule 5 of the Chhattisgarh Lower Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006 (as amended time to time) and in view of the directions of Hon’ble the Supreme Court in its order dated 04.01.07 passed in C.A. 1867/06 (Malik Mazhar Sultan and another V/s U.P. Public Service Commission & ors.), the High Court of Chhattisgarh notifies the anticipated vacancies in respect of Senior Civil Judge as under:-
