NOTIFICATION

No. 2937/A.R.(J)/2014       Bilaspur, 15^th April, 2014

As directed, following changes are made in the current Roster dated 27^th January, 2014, which shall remain applicable from 21^st April, 2014, till further orders of Hon’ble the Chief Justice:-

1] Division Bench-III comprising Hon'ble Mr. Justice T.P. Sharma & Hon'ble Mr. Justice Chandra Bhushan Bajpai will be available from 2:15 p.m. onwards.

2] Single Bench of Hon'ble Mr. Justice T.P. Sharma will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. to hear all Criminal Appeals up to year 1999. The cases of this Bench shall be listed in the Daily Cause List.

3] Single Bench-III of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rangnath Chandrakar will be available from 10:30 a.m. onwards to hear all Criminal Appeals of years 2000 & 2001.

4] Single Bench of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Chandra Bhushan Bajpai will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. to hear all Criminal Appeals of year 2002.
