                        In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 235 of the Constitution of India, the High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, transfers the following members of Higher Judicial Service specified in column no. (2) of the table below from the place shown in column no. (3) to the place shown in the column no. (4) and posts them as Additional District Judge as mentioned in column no. (6) from the date they assume charge of their Office, viz.: -

                          In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (No.2 of 1974), the High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, appoints the following members of Higher Judicial Service as Additional Sessions Judge in the Sessions Division specified against their name in column no. (5) of the table below, viz.: -

(6) established by the State of M.P. vide its Notification No. F-1-2-90/XXI-B/1 dated 19-2-97 under section 14 of the Scheduled Castes & the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 from the date they assume charge of their Office, viz.: -
