Hon'ble Mr. Justice Yatindra Singh :-

Justice Yatindra Singh passed High School & Intermediate in 1st Division with distinction in Mathematics and Science subjects. He graduated in Science with distinction, from the University of Allahabad in 1970, securing 6th place in order of merit. He was awarded Merit as well as National scholarships. After taking law degree, he joined the bar in 1973.

He served as Additional Advocate General for the State of UP from March 26, 1997 to February 04, 1999 and was appointed as permanent judge of the Allahabad High Court on February 05, 1999.

Justice Singh is a keen sportsman and has represented the State of UP in Table Tennis. He was captain, champion and colour holder of the University of Allahabad in Table Tennis and Squash.

He has already written three books entitled (1) 'Cyberlaws' (Published by Universal Law Publishers Co. Pvt. Ltd., C-FF 1A, Dilkush Industrial Estate, GT Karnal Road, Delhi); (2) 'A Lawyers World and Childhood Dreams' {Published by Law Publishers (India) Pvt. Ltd. Allahabad}; and (3) 'Musings of A Judge' (Published by AIR Law Academy & Research Centre, Congress Nagar, Nagpur-440 012). 'A Lawyers World and Childhood Dreams' consists of articles as a lawyer whereas the new book 'Musings of a Judge' contains articles and speeches, as a Judge, on diverse subjects such as law, science, social issues and several other subjects of general nature. These, along with other articles and the text of his speeches can be seen  here.

He has established a charitable trust in the name of  'Krishna Virendra Trust' in memory of his mother. The Trust offers scholarships to meritorious students, promotes sports as well as charitable activities including sponsoring an orphan girl child at Swaraj- Bhavan Allahabad, sponsoring an adivasi student at Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram (Sewa Samarpan Sansthan) and adopting four Greater Horned Owls at Indira Gandhi zoological park, Vishakhapatnam.

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Navin Sinha, B.A.(Hons.), LL.B., was born on August 19, 1956. He was enrolled as an Advocate on July 26, 1979. He practiced in the Patna High Court for 23 years on Civil, Constitutional, Labour, Service, Commercial, Company(Limited), Criminal matters and specialized in Commercial, Civil, Service, Constitutional Laws. He was Counsel for several Government of India organizations apart from private corporate sector. He was appointed as Permanent Judge of the Patna High Court on February 11, 2004. Transferred to Chhattisgarh High Court and assumed charge on 9th July, 2014

Hon'ble Mr. Justice T.P. Sharma :-

Born on 19th June, 1953, he completed his Higher Secondary Education from Government Multipurpose School at Raipur and then he obtained Bachelor Degree in science from the Science College Raipur in the year 1973. Later he obtained Law Graduation in the year 1976 with 7th position in the merit list. He got National Scholarship award in the year 1976-77. Then he joined Bar in the year 1976 and practiced at Civil Court Raipur. There after he got selected as a Civil Judge Class II in the year 1977. He was promoted to Higher Judicial Service in the year 1991. He served as Legal Remembrance-Cum-Principal Secretary to the department of Law & Legislative Affairs, Government of Chhattisgarh. He elevated as Judge of High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur and took oath on dated 11.01.2008.

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Pritinker Diwaker :-

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Pritinker Diwaker was born on 22.11.1961 at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. His father late Dr. S.C.Diwaker was a prominent educationist, follower of Gandhian ideology and well known social figure of Jabalpur. Apart from being a sports-loving man, Hon'ble Justice Diwaker has throughout been a merit scholar. He did his graduation in 1981 from Rani Durgawati University,Jabalpur and completed LLB from the same university in the year 1984.

He started his career as an advocate in the High Court of Madhya Pradesh in the year 1984 from the office of Hon'ble Mr. Justice D.M.Dharmadhikari (Retired Judge of the Supreme Court of India) and thereafter also worked with Hon'ble Shri Justice Ajit Singh. During his legal career he dealt with constitutional, civil and criminal matters. He had been the Standing Counsel for Steel Authority of India Limited, State Bank of India, Chhattisgarh Gramin Bank, Bank of Baroda, IDBI, Madhya Pradesh State Financial Corporation, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Raipur Dugdh Sangh, Central Board of Secondary Education and several other municipal corporations. In 1992, he also represented the State Government of Madhya Pradesh as Government Advocate. He was designated as Senior Advocate by High Court of Chhattisgarh in January 2005. He was a member of Madhya Pradesh State Bar Council for seven years and that of State Bar Council of Chhattisgarh for five years.

He assumed the office of Judge of the Chhattisgarh High Court on 31st March 2009.

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rangnath Chandrakar :-

Hon'ble Justice Mr. R.N. Chandrakar assumed charge of the office of the Judge, High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur on 31st March, 2009. He was born on 5th August 1952 at Village Mokhala a small village in District Raipur, Chhattisgarh in religious agriculturist family. His Father's name is Late Shri Leeladhar Chandrakar. Youngest among four brothers, elder brothers are settled as Advocate, Educationist and Forest Office. He did his schooling from Village Mokhala, Bhilai in District Raipur, and graduation in B.A. from Mahasamund in the year 1972 and LLB from S.K.T. Dabke Law College, Raipur in the year 1975. He has been awarded National Scholarship for higher studies in law but not availed, practiced at Raipur till July 1978. He was selected as Civil Judge & joined judicial service in the state of M.P. on 09/08/1978 and worked at various stations as Civil Judge Class-II and Class-I. He was posted as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sagar (M.P.) in the year 1989 and later on promoted in the higher judicial service and posted as Additional District Judge Satna, Sohagpur & Khairagarh. Further awarded selection grade and super time scale grade and worked as Chairman District Consumer Forum Rewa, Special Judge SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities Act), District & Sessions Judge Durg (twice) and Bilaspur. He worked as Registrar Vigilance in the High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur. At the time of elevation to Judge High Court of Chhattisgarh, he was holding the office of District & Sessions Judge, Durg.

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra :-

Born on August 29, 1964 at Raigarh (Chhattisgarh). Took B.Sc. and LL.B Degrees from Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh). Enrolled as an Advocate on September 4, 1987. Practiced law in District Court at Raigarh, High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur and High Court of Chhattisgarh at Bilaspur and dealt with Civil, Criminal and Writ branches of law. Was designated as Senior Advocate by High Court of Chhattisgarh in January, 2005. Had been chairman of Chhattisgarh State Bar Council for a period of 2\BD years. Was appointed/co-opted Member of the Rule Making Committee of High Court of Chhattisgarh. Had been Chancellor\92s Nominee in the Executive Council of Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur. Was associated with Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur (Chhattisgarh) as its Ex-Officio Member in the Executive Council. Served as Additional Advocate General for the state of Chhattisgarh from June 26, 2004 to August 31, 2007 and thereafter as Advocate General for the State from September 1, 2007 till elevation. Elevated as a Judge of High Court of Chhattisgarh on December 10, 2009.

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava :-

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava was born on 6th March, 1964 at Bilaspur. Did his schooling at Bilaspur, graduation (B.Sc.) from CMD College , Bilaspur and LL.B. with gold medal from K R Law College, Bilaspur. Was member of Board of Studies and Academic Council, Guru Ghasidas University , Bilaspur. Enrolled with the Bar Council of M.P., Jabalpur , on 05-10-1987 and practiced at District Court, Raigarh, High Court. Was Standing Counsel for Department of Income-tax, Muncipal Council, Raipur and Chhattisgarh State Electricity Organisations, Corporations etc. and is associated with Rotary International. Designated as Senior Advocate on 31-01-2005 and elevated as Judge of Chhattisgarh High Court on 10-12-2009 .

Born in the family of Mr. Virendra and Mrs. Chameli Agrawal at Ratanpur (Bilaspur) on July 15, 1965. Did schooling at Ratanpur. Became Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws from Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur and Master of Laws from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur. Enrolled as an Advocate on January 3, 1989. Practiced in District and Sessions Court at Bilaspur, High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur and High Court of Chhattisgarh at Bilaspur and dealt with various branches of law, especially Civil and Constitution. Was counsel for High Court of Chhattisgarh, Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission, Chancellor of Indira Gandhi Agriculture University, Raipur, The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), Bar Council of India, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Steel Authority of India Limited, State Bank of India, Canara Bank, Dena Bank, Municipal Corporations, Raipur and Bilaspur, many other Corporations, Boards and authorities of Government of Chhattisgarh and renowned corporate groups of India and Chhattisgarh. Hon'ble Mr. Justice P. Sam Koshy :-

Born on April 30, 1967. Did his bachelors' degree in Commerce from G.S. College, Jabalpur, and Law degree from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur. Enrolled as an Advocate in March 9, 1991.

Practiced on Civil, Constitutional and service & labour matters initially in the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur till October, 2000 and subsequently in the High Court of Chhattisgarh at Bilaspur from November, 2000 till September, 2013.

Was a counsel for various public sectors undertakings, Banks as well as many private institutions like, South East Central Railway, Coal India Limited, South Eastern Coalfields Limited, National Mineral Development Corporation, State Bank of India, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Madhya Pradesh Electricity Board, Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board etc., etc.

Was Government Advocate at the High Court of Chhattisgarh from 2002 to 2004. Also was Deputy Advocate General in 2005-06. Is also a member of the “Academic Council” of Hidayatulla National Law University, Raipur.

Appointed as Additional Judge of the High Court of Chhattisgarh on September 16, 2013.

He took his B.A. Degree from Durga College, Raipur in the year 1974 and thereafter also took Masters Degree in Political Science from the same Institution, in the year 1976. He did his L.L.B. in the year 1977 from S.K.T.D. Law College, Raipur. He was enrolled as an advocate in the State Bar Council of M.P. on 26.01.1978. He started his practice in the District & Sessions Court at Raipur.

Date of Appointment in Judicial Service - 15.10.1981.

Worked as Civil Judge Class II at Satna (M.P.), Katghora (Dist-Korba) and Dharamjaigarh (Dist-Raigarh). Worked as a Civil Judge Class I from 1988 at Damoh, M.P. then at Jagdalpur. Worked as C.J.M. from 1991 at Sheopurkala, M.P.

In the year 1992 was appointed as Deputy Commissioner of Bhopal Gas Tragedy Tribunal. A.D.J. from 1994 at Umaria (now Sahdol), M.P. then at Rajnandgaon. At Bilaspur in the year 1998 was appointed as Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act. Again appointed as Principal Judge Family Court, Raipur in the year 2009. He was Appointed as Presiding Officer, C.G. State Transport Appelate Tribunal, Raipur from Feb 2010. There after he worked as a District & Sessions Judge, Jagdalpur from 19-07-2010 and from 01-03-2012 there after he worked as District & Sessions Judge, Dhamtari till his elevation as Judge of Chhattisgarh High Court.
