         II-2-1/2002 (Pt-II) 

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 235 of the Constitution of India, the High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, transfers the following Civil Judges, Class-I & Additional Chief Judicial Magistrates as specified in column no. (2) from the place shown in column no. (3) and posts them as Civil Judges, Class-I & Chief Judicial Magistrates at the place shown in column no. (4) from the date they assume charge of their Office, viz.: -

                        In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 12 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (No. 2 of 1974), the High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, appoints the following Civil Judges, Class-I & Additional Chief Judicial Magistrates as Chief Judicial Magistrates of the Revenue District shown in column no. 4 which falls in Civil District shown in column no. 5 from the date they assume charge of their duties, viz.: -

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 235 of the Constitution of India read with Sub-section (1) of Section 8 and Sub-section (2) of Section 12 of the M.P. Civil Courts Act, 1958, the High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, transfers the following Civil Judges Class-I and Judicial Magistrates First Class as specified in column no. (2), who have been promoted as Chief Judicial Magistrates/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrates on ad-hoc basis, from the place shown in column no. (3), and posts them as Civil Judges Class-I & Chief Judicial Magistrates/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrates at the place shown in column no. (4) from the date they assume charge of their Office until further orders, viz.: -                        

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) & (2) of section 12 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (No. 2 of 1974), the High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, appoints the following Civil Judge, Class-I as Chief Judicial Magistrates/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrates of the place shown in column no. 4 from the date they assume charge of their Office. The Additional Chief Judicial Magistrates shall have all the powers of Chief Judicial Magistrate under this Code or under any other law for the time being except the powers under section 14, 15, 190(2), 192(1) and 410 of the Code of Criminal Procedure: -

Note :    The newly promoted Chief Judicial Magistrates/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrates who have not completed minimum qualifying service of 4 years shall be entitled to draw the scale of Civil Judges-Selection Grade-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrates (CJMs/ACJMs) only on completion of 4 years service as Civil Judge-Senior Scale (Civil Judges, Class-I).

Further, he is to impress upon the transferred Officers that if they are in occupation of Government accommodation earmarked for Judicial Officers, they should vacate the same within 10 days of receipt of this order under intimation to this Registry. On this subject, attention is invited to Office Memo No. A/6853/V-5-4/1994 (General), dated 25-07-1989 issued by High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Jabalpur. He/She is also requested to send immediately the handing/taking over charge reports of transferred Officers to this Registry.
