STEPS TO OBTAIN LEGAL AID OR ADVICE

 

For getting legal aid if you satisfy the eligibility criteria you need to take following steps:

(a) Make an application for the legal aid to the High Court Legal Services Committee, Bilaspur. Application form for this can be obtain from person or through posts from the High Court Legal Services Committee or from any nearest Taluk, Districts, or the State Legal Services Authority.

(b) You have to submit the duly filled application form to the committee along with the filed documentation which may favourable. For instance if you seek to file an appeal against the order of the lower courts you are required to submit the certified copy of those judgments or order or papers filed or pending before the lower court in your case.
